 Here’s how we’ll work together to create transformative healing... 

Phase 1: Your Strategic Transformation Session. In this 2-hour session, we’ll work together to teach your brain how to effectively work through and resolve a stressor. At the end of this session, you’ll not only have a strategy you can use over and over again to enhance your connection with your brain and get rid of symptoms and stressors, we’ll also walk through how you can use what you’ve experienced and learned in this session as a framework and future guide to walk your brain through the healing process.

Phase 2: Inner World Transformation 8-Week Intensive Coaching Program. Inside this exclusive small-group coaching program, you’ll get my intensive coaching support to walk you through each step of the process I developed for getting free of symptoms and resolving anxiety, depression and/or trauma at the root. The 8-week coaching program includes:

  • Two, 2-hour small-group work sessions per week (a total of 16 sessions), where you’ll get individualized attention and strategy – plus time to work on implementing each week’s strategies and interventions with my guidance ?
  • A weekly PDF outline of each week’s strategy
  • Intervention training videos, with auxiliary interventions to experiment with and see what works best for you
  • Weekly strategies that teach you how to combine interventions with brain exercises to help your brain do its work – each strategy helps you develop specific skills and builds upon previous weeks’ strategies to work through your current stressors
  • Access to my exclusive clients-only Facebook group

Phase 3: Post-Program Support. Unlike other programs that move you through and then leave you on your own going forward, Inner World Transformation includes monthly group coaching sessions for graduates, so as new situations arise in your life, you have continued support to help your brain handle them. This ensures that you keep growing and honing your skill.

Before this program I truly lived most of my day in fight or flight.  

When I started the program I couldn’t even imagine not taking klonopin because I was terrified of going back to how horrible I felt before it…but I also hated taking it. ANYWAYS, an unforeseen transformation (meaning it wasn’t the top reason I started the  program) was that I was easily able to taper off the rest of klonopin! I did this of course under the supervision of my doctor but all of the healing and systems and tools we learned in the  program helped me officially wean off the rest of the klonopin because I knew I had the tools to help me deal with my anxiety and symptoms. — C.K.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the investment for this program?

The Inner World Transformation Coaching Program is an $11K investment, which is small compared to other things that folks try to work through symptoms and move forward in life. Two years of therapy costs more than double what this program costs – and this gets it done in a fraction of the time while also equipping you with the skills to work powerfully with your brain for the rest of your life. There is a $1500 fee for the Strategic Transformation Session, which will be applied to the full program fee, if we mutually determine the program is the right fit for you.

Can I use my health insurance or health savings account to cover the cost of working with  you? 

As this is a coaching program and not therapy, insurance companies are not likely to cover your participation. You can, however, contact your insurance's member services and discuss this with them. Health Savings Accounts have covered this coaching program and I am happy to provide you with a receipt for reimbursement. 


Can I continue to work with my therapist while I’m going through this program?

Yes, absolutely! Your therapist can be a great support to you during this process.  Talk with your therapist about your decision to work with me. 

Do I need to have a therapist to enroll in your 8-week intensive?

No. You do not need to be working with a therapist when we are working together. 

Do I need to come off of medications for anxiety, depression and/or PTSD or can I be on  medication while I go through this program?

You do not need to be off or come off of your medication to participate in this program. Any decision to come off of your medication is between you and your doctor. When clients are no longer experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression and traumatic stress, it is common for them to have the feeling that they no longer need their medication and they want to come off. If you and your doctor feel like reducing or stopping your medication is the next best step for you, please let me know and I will support you through the adjustment process. 

Do I have to go on medication to get the most benefit of this program?

No. Medication is not a requirement for participating in this program.
